PRICES
- Prices per night;
- There is a minimum rental of 4 nights;
- Despite the price chart, prices may vary depending on length of stay and festive dates (example: Easter, Christmas, etc)
- Long term winter rentals available;
POLICY
- For bookings it is necessary a payment of 35% of the total amount. If the booking is made less than 60 days of check-in, a full balance will be requested;
- The remaining balance has to be paid until 60 days before check-in;
- The refundable damage/cleaning deposit can vary from 250€ to 500€ per property, depending on time of year and size of group ;
- Each property has a maximum capacity limit;
