Bay View Apartments is a mix of self catered apartments for holidays and residents. It is located under 5 minutes walk from Albufeira Old Town and beach. Each apartment has one car space in the underground garage and there is a communal swimming pool which you can enjoy. There are Studios and 1 bedroom apartments in which some have terrace, balcony, sea view.

Bay View Apartments is not an hotel or apart-hotel but a mix of self-catered properties for holidays and residents. The check-in is after 17:00 and check out until 10:00. All guests can use the facilities of the building like swimming pool, garage, and lobby. Normally there is someone in reception from 9:30 to 17:00 during week days. We have a system of key safe to facilitate the check ins and check outs. A damage/cleaning deposit is required for all bookings and will be refunded up to 10 days after check-out.

The building does not have have restaurant or snack bar. Despite this, the property is located near several restaurants, snack-bars, bars, mini market.

Prices and Damage/Cleaning Deposit

Despite the price list, prices can vary depending on duration of stay and should always be confirmed by email. For all bookings/properties it is necessary a refundable 250€ damage/cleaning deposit. This amount can vary depending on time of year and size of group.
