Is reception working 24 hours per day?

No.
Normally there is someone in reception from 09:30 to 17:00.In case of late arrivals we have a key safe system for guests to enter the apartment. All instructions will be sent approximately 10 days before check-in.

Yes.
Each apartment has one place allocated in the underground garage.
It is free of charge.

Do I need to bring linen and towels?

No.
We provide 1 set of linen per bed per week, and 2 sets of towels per person per week.
We do NOT provide beach towels.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is after 17:00.
Check-out is until 10:00.
Everytime when possible we can give some flexibility. This will always be confirmed near the dates.
Despite that we have a reception area, and your luggage can be stored while you enjoy the pool area, or Town.

Can I cancel my booking free of charge? What is the time schedule?

Yes, it is possible to cancel if done more than 60 days before check-in.
- More than 60 days before check-in - no charge;
- Between 59 and 45 days before check-in - 25% charge of total amount;
- Between 44 and 30 days before check-in - 50% charge of total amount;
- Between 29 and 15 days before check-in - 75% charge of total amount;
- Less than 14 days before check-in - 100% charge.

What to do if something is not working properly or gets broken?

Please let us know as soon as possible in order to assess issues and repairs.

Is there a refundable damage/cleaning deposit? When will this be refunded?

Yes, depending on size of group and time of year, the damage/cleaning deposit can vary from 250€ to 500€. The propety has to be left tidy and in nice order.
The refund will be made 7 days after check-out.

How much do I need to pay to make a booking? When do I need to pay the remaining balance?

If the booking is more than 60 days from check-in you need to pay 35% of the total amount.
If the booking is less than 60 days from check-in the full amount will be requested.
The remaining balance has to be paid 60 days before check-in.
