Bay View Apartments is a building that was built around the 90s and when bought from a Hotel group went through an overall refurbishment. In recent years the Hotel group sold the apartments to individuals in which some of them use it as residence, and others rent the apartments for holidays. The building has 65 apartments, underground parking, swimming pool and outside area. There are Studios, T1s and T2s in which some have balcony, terrace, sea view, swimming pool view. Most of the apartments have gone under a refurbishment plan and have a modern look.
Due to the atmosphere, location, service, views, we have a lot of returning guests every year.

Bay View Apartments is a small cosy building with 65 privately owned properties that have a mixed use of residents and holiday guests. This creates a relaxing family atmosphere from the moment you arrive up to the moment you leave. You can enjoy the swimming pool, shared terrace with sea views and use the underground car park.
Location, Location, Location
The property has a great location, as it is within Albufeira Old Town, and in 5 minutes you can walk to Albufeira beach (Peneco & Pescadores), Albufeira Old Town Main Square and all the restaurants, bars, shops, night life. Despite the proximity from the main square, outside the property it is very calm and you can relax. You do not need a car unless you want to travel around Albufeira and Algarve.
